Volume settings, or giving it a boost to 20 instead of 10. Tried testing the volume, tried turning off and on my PC, and my friends still say I sound quiet, when in reality I'm screaming. I found out about the System Recovery option after I had uninstalled it. Turns out I didn't have it activated at the time. I learned that after every install/update, it made a system recovery for that time. Is there anything else I can do? At this point, do I just back up all my files and just reboot my entire PC memory wiped clean? I've seen other people asking this same question. I've tried following the steps/solutions that were given by devs, but none of them have worked for me! Many support websites look sketchy, and say that my connection is unsecured. I've been careful to installÄrivers and whatnot, but they aren't showing results.I'v recently brought the Hyper x cloud (first one not the second one) and my friends are saying my voice was super quiet so i went through my settings and turned up my voice on levels etc and even had to turn up the boost and i'm STILL too quiet what really annoys me is that my friend has the exact same headset as i do and there voice is fine, it's not quiet and it's actually quiet clear as well, but mine is very quiet and i can't find out why. Click 'Audio Settings' on the left-hand side and then speak a few words. Yes i'v turned up my voice in skype and my settings on my PC i use to use the Astro A40s but they died on me so i was thinking maybe it was the drivers for that messing with my new headset or maybe some other settings i haven't looked into. Skype displays the microphone level along a green bar. If the levels remain low, uncheck 'Automatically adjust microphone settings.' If you dont see anything along the green level bar, click on the drop-down menu beside Microphone and choose another device. Also my sound is really really werid as well, i have to have everything turned RIGHT down so my skype is on 4 volume and my speakers are right down to about 20 volume and everything is still pretty loud, if i turned it up higher then my ears will be blown to bits =[. And my friend when they use the headset they have everything at a normal volume, so what i'm getting at is i don't think it's the headset itself but maybe drivers or setting or something else or maybe it's just a faulty headset and i should return it, PLEASE help.
